Optimization Method of Separation Equipment Cleaning

  • The separation equipment will continuously produce a small amount of solid sediment during operation, which needs to be cleaned regularly. At present, the conventional cleaning method is to use the section single-stage cleaning mode to connect multiple separation equipment in parallel. In view of the disadvantages of large amount of raw materials and total time, a cascade cleaning method is proposed in this paper, and the optimization comparison between single-stage cleaning and cascade cleaning is carried out through calculation. Taking the 10 stage cascade cleaning as an example, the optimization results show that compared with the conventional cleaning method, the use of raw material is saved by 75.9% and the cleaning time is saved by 89.3%. Therefore, the cascade mode cleaning can greatly reduce the use of raw materials and effectively shorten the total cleaning time, which is significantly better than the single-stage mode cleaning.
