Status of Adulteration of Dairy Products and Research Process of Stable Isotopes Identification Technology

  • The authenticity identification of dairy products is one of the problems in quality control of daily products in China. Relevant departments, especially import supervision departments, urgently need new technologies and methods to quickly and accurately identify adulteration and origin of dairy products. This article briefly introduced the current situation of adulteration dairy products in China, summarized the common identification techniques of adulterated dairy products, focuses on the progress of stable isotope technology in the research of authenticity identification of dairy products. The related applications of stable isotopes C, H, O, N and S are mainly introduced, and pointed out the technical advantages, the existing problems and future development direction of the application of this technology in the adulteration identification and origin traceability of daily products.
