Research Progress on the Traceability in Regions of Milk and Dairy Products Based on Stable Isotope Technology

  • This article introduces the research progress of stable isotope technology in the traceability of milk and dairy products at home and abroad, aiming at the problems such as the confusion of the label of milk products, ordinary dairy products pretending to be organic dairy products, the reconstituted milk posing as fresh milk on the market. We put forward several suggestions on the traceability of milk and milk products using this technology, and look forward to the future application of origin of milk and dairy products. Promote the continuous deepening of stable isotope technology in milk and dairy product research and the continuous improvement of food traceability systems, so that the development of dairy industry in China is more prosperous.
