Application of 18F-Labeling Positron Molecular Probes in Tumor Receptor Imaging

  • Tumor receptor imaging characterized by high affinity, high specificity, high selectivity and favorable pharmacokinetic properties, plays a significant role in the diagnosis and staging of tumor. The research progress of 18F labeling positron molecular probes for tumor receptor imaging were reviewed according to tumor receptors which included somatostatin (SST) receptor, vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) receptor, tumor growth factor receptors, and steroid hormone (SH) receptors.
