Quantification of Kryptofix2.2.2 in 18F-FDG by HPLC

  • A high-performance liquid chromatograph method was used to quantify Kryptofix2.2.2 (K2.2.2)in the radiopharmaceutical of 18F-FDG(2-Deoxy-2-18F fluoro-D-glucose). A Waters C18 column ( XTerra RP18 150 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm)was used as stationary phase, V(50 mmol/L ammonium acetate)∶V(acetonitrile)=1∶1 was used as mobile phase and the flow was 0.5 mL·min-1, UV detection wavelength was performed at 210 nm. The calibration curve was established over the rang of 1.50 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999, and the recovery was in the rang of 96.0%100.3%. The method was accurate and using less sample,and can be used for the quality control of K2.2.2 in 18F-FDG injection production.
