Establishment of an Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Triiodothyronine

A sensitive and specific ELISA for Triiodothyronine was established by using anti-T₃ antibody coated on the microtiter plate，T₃ biotinlated．The labeling was horseradish peroxidase(HRP)conjugate of streptavidin．TMB-H₂O₂ solution was used as the substrate of HRP．The sensitivity of the assay was 0.2 μg/L．The intra- and inter-assay CVs were 7.1％-8.3％ and 6.5％-10.5％ respectively．The analytical recovery was 98.1％-107.2％, the coefficient correlation was 0.995 7. This method for measuring T₃ is rapid，sensitive and convenient．It is suitable for clinical and research application．
