Establishment of an Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Albumin

A sensitive and specific ELISA for Albumin was established by using Albumin antibody coated on the microtiter plate, Albumin labeled horseradish peroxidase(HRP)．The sensitivity of the assay was 0.28 mg/L．The intra- and inter-assay CVs were 2.63％-5.28％and 2.40％-4.26％ respectively．The analytical recovery was 95.0％-106.4％, the coefficient correlation was 0.9974. This method for measuring Alb was rapid，sensitive and convenient．It is suitable for clinical detection and research application．
