Some measurement features of ore grade online analyzer using Monte Carlo simulation

The ore grade online analyzer measures the content of elements with high atomic number using electron annihilation pair effect. There are many factors that affect measurement performance and accuracy of the ore grade online analyzer. In this paper the performance change of the analyzer is analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation when gamma detector is installed in different positions, also the performance differences using Ra-226 and Co-60 radiation sources are compared.
