Progress of cell apoptosis imaging with radionuclide tracing

  • Apoptosis radionuclide imaging is a novel method for the detection of apoptosis, characterized with direct, noninvasive and real-time imaging. It is useful in the observation of brain and myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury, detection of organ graft rejection and evaluation of tumor chemotherapy and radiotherapy effect, early detection of apoptotic dopaminergic, but further investigation should be done.
