Research of the nuclide imaging of sentinel lymph node in emlication of pelvic lymph nodes of early carcinoma of cervix

Objective Inquire into clinical value of sentinel lymph node (SLN) detected by nuclide lymph imaging in clearance of the pelvic lymph nodes of early carcinoma of cervix. Methods Fifteen cases of patients with carcinoma of cervix were carried out the nuclide lymph imaging first. Within later eighteen hours, radical hysterectomy for cancer of cervix and clearance of pelvic lymph nodes were made. Find out the sentinel lymph node (SLN) area where whose radioactivity counts was above ten times higher than the surrounding lymph nodes area.
