Methodology study on isotopic tracing HSA-IFN-alpha2b

125I-HSA-IFNalpha2b was prepared with the method of CH-T. The labeling yields was 82.72%，radiochemical purity >95%，radioactivity 0.26MBq/μg. The activity of antivirus of 125I-HSA-IFNalpha2b was compared with that of HSA-IFNalpha2b with WISH/VSV system in vitro. The result is that bioactivity of HSA- IFNalpha2b has no change before and after being labeled. The serum recovery test and organ recovery test of 125I-HSA- IFNalpha2b met the requirements. The Solution interference experiment, serum samples interference experiment and tissue samples interference experiment of 125I-HSA-IFNalpha2b came to the conclusion that there was no interference on the determination. Therefore, 125I-HSA-IFNalpha2b can be used in studying on biodistribution and excretion of HSA-IFNalpha2b.
