Study on Chinese medicine active ingredients labeled with tritium

This paper studied on Chinese medicine active ingredients labeled with tritium. Genipin, acetylalkannin and chlorogenic acid of the three drugs were labeled with tritium by two difference methods. The radiochemical purities were all more than 95% after purification using TLC or HPLC. Genipin, acetylalkannin and chlorogenic acid labeled with tritium, the specific activity were 1.35GBq/mM,1.07GBq/mM and 166.5 GBq/mM respectively.
