A study onΥ-ray irradiation precuring of NR

Natural rubber(NR) was procured by Υ-ray irradiation. The crosslinking degree and green strength of NR were studied at the different absorbed dose. And the effects of Υ-ray irradiation precuring on the final mechanical property was evaluated. The results show that the crosslinking degree and green strength of NR were heightened with increasing absorbed dose at 0-100KGy. The final mechanical properties were not significant differences between the irradiation precuring and non- procuring of NR.The irradiation precuring of NR can realized.
