Development of the PET Tracer of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor in Tumor

Abstract：The structure, function and physiological effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the tumor angiogenesis targeting therapy of VEGFR are described respectively. The classification of the PET tracer of VEGF as well as the synthesis of VEGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors labeled 18F are also introduced briefly.
