Acid Taken Orally by Rat With 3H-RNA Tracing Technique

  • The rat histological distributions of ribonucleic acid(RNA) metabolite are detected by 3H-RNA radioactive tracing technique. The results indicate that the RNA metabolites are distributed in every organ of the rat after taking orally. The RNA metabolite contents are higher in nervous, endocrine and immune systems in addition to stomach and intestine. The certain amount of RNA metabolite is still maintained in tissues at 10.0 h after taking RNA orally. It indicates that RNA has been used by the tissues
