Synthesis and Labeled With ⁹⁹Tc^m of Serotonin(5-HT1A) Receptor Imaging Agent

The synthesis and labeled with 99Tcm of serotonin(5-HT1A) receptor imaging agent derived from way-100635 are reported. The precursor is synthesized by chlorization of N2S2 and condensation with 2-(1-piperazino)phenol, then reduction and deprotection are carried. The labling ratio is over 90%, the radiochemical purity is over 95% determined by thin layer chromatography(TLC).
