Abstract

20-3H phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate is systhesised by reduction of NaB3H4 after using MnO2to oxidize phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate.The radiochemical purity of the product purified by HPLC is more than 98%,and its specific activity is 0.654 TBq/g.The purified product remains stable at-20℃during 90 days.This is a simple and efficient way,and no isomer is produced in the process.
