Investigation on Formation Conditions and Combination With BSA of Various ~(117m,113)Sn-Iigand Systems

  • Formation conditions of 117m,113Sn-DTPMP,117m,113Sn-DTPA,117,113Sn-EDTMP,, 117m,113Sn-DTPMP systems are investigated. The results show that Sn4+ is very vulnerable to hydrolysis, when the concentration of ligand is low, and the hydrolysis is accelerated by dilution with saline or increased with pH value especially. Combination of various systems with bovine serum albumin (BSA) is also studied. The results indicate that all kinds of SnO2·H2O·yligand combine strongly with BSA, while the combination percentages of Sn4+-ligands with BSA are much lower than those of SnO2·xH2O·yligands.
