The Left Ventricular Mass for Essential Hypertension Patients Evaluated by ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI Myocardial Perfusion Imaging to Join Stereology

  • To evaluate Left Ventricular Mass (LVM) for essential hypertension patients, the conventional myocardial pertusion imaging composed with stereology is adopted. 33 essential hypertension patients and 18 normal control people are performed conventional99Tcm-MIBI myocardial perfu-sion imaging, and HSA.LVA.HVA slices are reconstructed and analysed. The LVM for normal control people and essential hypertension patients is evaluated with stereology. The results show that this method is viable und effective. By which, the LVM and the condition of myocardial blood supply and construction of essential hypertension patients can be evaluated at the same time.
