The Clinical Value of Hepatogenic Disease by AFP-RIA

Concentration of AFP in serum of hepatogenic disease patients are analysed by RIA. The results show that the positive ratio of primary carcinoma of liver is 72. 2% > the patients whose concentration of AFP>400μg/L occupy 69. 2% in positive patients. The concentration of AFP have an important clinifical significance to primary carcinoma of the liver.
