Molecular Design of ~(99)Tc~m Labeled Radiopharmaceuticals ( I )

Physical and chemical property of Tc and the common methods including conjugate approach, integrated approach, analog approach and combination approach to design "Tccn labeled ra-diopharmaceuticals are introduced briefly. Many factors affecting molecular design such as their mechanisms of uptake, retention and characters of charge are also summarized.
