The Effect of Lovastation on AP-1 Binding Activity in Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells
Nuclear factor AP-1 binding activity is detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA), and the effect of Lovastatio on AP-1 binding activity in vascular smooth muscle cells is investigated by using 32P labled Oligonucleotide. The results show that Lovastatin strongly inhibits AP-1 binding activity reduced 72. 6%±5. 2%.
