The Adsorption of ~(117)Sn~m(Ⅳ)-EDTMP on Collagen

The adsorption and desorption characteristics of 117Snm(Ⅳ)EDTMP on collage are studied, and compared with that on HA. The results show that the effects of pH and temperature on adsorption of 117Snm(Ⅳ)EDTMP on collagen are similar to those on HA, and that the adsorption epuilibrium and adsorption model of 117Snm(Ⅳ)EDTMP on collagen are completely different from those on HA; 117SnmEDTMP absorbed on collagen are extremely stable and almost couldn't be desorbed with normal saline or EDTMP.
