The Comparison of ~(99)Tc~m-BPHA and ~(99)Tc~m-DTPA on Pharmacokinetics and Evaluation of the Renal Function

To evaluate the biological function of a renal dynamic imaging agent 99Tcm-BPHA which is developed in our lab, 99Tcm-BPHA and 99Tcm-DTPA are injected into the same rabbits during different time. Comparing the pharmacokinetics parameters counting and the renal dynamic curve, it is found that pharmacokinetics of 99Tcm-BPHA and 99Tcm-DTPA conform to two-compartment model and the T1/2a、K10、 AUC and CL have statistical meanings between them(P<0. 05). The results show that 99Tcm-BPHA is cleared more rapidly and accumulated less than 99Tcm-DTPA.
