The Labeling of Recombinant L-asparaginase With ~(125)I

Recombinant Lasparaginase is labeled with 125I by the method of ChloramineT. After purification using Sephadex G25, 125Irecombinant Lasparaginase is separated by RPHPLC and determined by γcounter. The radiochemical purity of 125Irecombinant Lasparaginase is more than 95%. 125Irecombinant Laspoaraginase is analysed by double immunological diffusion and is demonstrated. The results show that the biological activity is the same as recombinant Lasparaginase.
