The Image Diagnose and Comparison of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

cases with avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) are diagnosed and staged with X ray,SPECT,MRI based on image evaluation standard. The sensitivity of X ray,SPECT,MRI in early mediate stage ANFH are 39.0%,50.9%, 60.8% respectively.The results indicate that SPECT and MRI are more sensitive than X ray in diagnosing early stage ANFH.
