Design and Uses of β-ray Type Prostatic Hyperplasia Applicator

Depending on the pathological anatomy of prostate, two different kinds of 90 Sr 90 Y prostatic hyperplasia applicators including "urethra type" and "rectum type" are designed and used. Clinical applications indicate that the 90 Sr 90 Y (β) intracavitary applicator provide a safe, effective, saving, convinent and non invasive method for curing BPH patients.
