The Clinical Values of the Combined Determination of Serum HA,SCG and the Routine Liver Function to Discriminate and Diagnose Chronic Liver Diseases

  • The content of serum HA and SCG is determined by RIA in 150 patients of chronic liver diseases. The results show that the content of serum HA and SCG in the patients of chronic liver diseases is evidently higher than that of the comparison team ( P <0.01), and closely related to the other targets of liver function and the degree of the liver damage. It suggests that the test of serum HA and SCG and their combined test are the ideal targets for discriminating and diagnosing chronic liver diseases.
