The Detection of Correlation Hormones and Biochemical Marks of Osteoporosis in Climacteric Women

  • The content of E 2, PTH, CT and 1, 25(OH) 2-D 3(1,25-dihydroxy vitamin) in climacteric women are detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA),and the content of Ca 2+ , P 3+ by biochemical assay. The results indicate that the content of E 2, CT and 1,25(OH) 2-D 3 are lower, PTH is higher( P <0.05), and the content of Ca 2+ , P 3+ are no statistical significant changes( P >0.05) in climacteric women compared with the normal content. So climacteric women should prevent osteoporosis earlier.
