The Labeling Conditions of ~(99)Tcm-C_(60)(OH)_x(O)_y

Abstract
The labeling conditions of 99 Tc m-C 60 (OH) x (O) y are investigated. The results show that stannous chloride and pH have influence on the labeling yield. Under the optimum conditions (0.2 mL 5 g/L C 60 (OH) x (O) y , 20~50 μg SnCl 2·2H 2O, pH4~6, raction time 40 minutes and 100 ℃ boiling water bath), the labeling yield is above 90%. The stability of 99 Tc m-C 60 (OH) x (O) y is well and the radiochemical purity is >90% for 25 hours.
