Preparation and Determination of Mitoxantrone loaded Immunonanosphere for Anti hepatoma

After prepared mitoxantrone (DHAQ) loaded bovine serum albumin(BSA) nanosphere(DHAQ BSA NP) by emulsifying high temperature solidifying method, anti human hepatoma entire antibody immunonanosphere HAb18 DHAQ BSA NP is prepared by modified N succinimidyl 3 (2 pyridyldithio) propionate(SPDP) technique. The amount of HAb18 on the surface of HAb18 DHAQ BSA NP is determined using 125 I labelled rabbit antimouse immunoglobulin G(IgG). The results show that HAb18 is bound to the surface of nanosphere DHAQ BSA NP and the average amount of HAb18 is 3.5 mg per gram of HAb18 DHAQ BSA NP.
