Measuring of Radiochemical Purity of Myocardial Imaging Agent ~(99)Tc~mN(NOEt)_2

  • The radiochemical purity of 99 Tc mN(NOEt) 2 are measured by monolayer and bilayer chromatography respectively. The results show that the bilayer chromatography can seperate the impurity from 99 Tc m(NOEt) 2 more quickly and correctly. It is a better method for measuring the radiochemical purity of 99 Tc mN(NOEt) 2.
