PREPARATION OF 99 Tc m\|RECOMBINANT HIRUDIN AND STUDY OF IMAGING IN ANIMAL THROMBI MODEL

  • Tc m\|rH is prepared by 2\|iminothiolane modified method. The biodistribution is also determined with 99 Tc m\|rH in mouse, and thrombi imaging is performed in rabbit thrombi model. The results show that the labelling yield of 99 Tc m\|rH is 90.8%, the radiochemistry purity is 88.3% and 93.9% respectively, before and after passing through PD\|10 column. The specific activity is 329.2 GBq/g. The biodistribution in mouse demonstrates that rH is excreted from kidneys ( 64.72±5.04 %ID within 15 min after injection) because of lower uptake in heart, brain, liver, spleen and lungs, and the blood clearance is rapid. The arterial and venous thrombi can be clearly observed within 60 min after injection, T/B ratio is 2.24 and 1.95 respectively.\;
