RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF RADIOIMMUNOASSAY AND RADIOIMMUNOIMAGING IN DIAGNOSIS OF CANCER

The recent advance of study and application for radioimmunoassay and radioimmunoimaging in diagnosis of cancer is summarized. Significance of tumour marker detection by in vitro method and main limitation of their specificity are introduced. The effect of human antimouse antibody, improvement of T/NT ratio, choice of radionuclides and application of monoclonal antibody are discussed emphatically.
