  • 125I-labled monoclonal antibody of bladder neoplasm (125I-L4B4) is prepared using lactoperoxi-dase. The in-vivo radioactive distribution of 126I-L4B4 in bare mice shows that 125I-L4B4 concentrates in the tumour.
