STUDY OF PHARMACAL KINETICS OF PAPAVERINE IMPLANTATION

The liberation of papaverine implantation, the concentration of drug in blood and the storage of papaverine in main organs and tissues are studied by radioisotope tracer. The results show that planting papaverine possess slowly liberation action and is left over a little in organs and tissue. The drug takes effect to avoid microvascular spasm of anastomose microvascular in digital replantation, which is conductive to meet with operation success.
