CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF WHOLE BODY BONE IMAGING IN 123 CASES OF LUNG CANCER

  • Radionuclide bone imaging by ~(99)Tc~m-MDP of the patients clinically and pathologically proved as having lung cancer shows that the incidence of sketetal metastases of lung cancer is 77.2%. It is suggested that radionuclide bone imaging could be used as a noninjuring examining method for early detection of bone metastases in the patients with lung cancer. Combined with X-ray examination, this method has important diagnostic value.
