  • The radioiodination of anti-TSH monoclonal antibody using Iodogen reagent and the effects of reaction time, temperature and Iodogen dose on the specific activity are discussed. The stability of the tracer stored at 4 ℃ and 37 ℃ and the influence of the specific activity of the tracer on standard curve for TSH IRMA are described.
