A STUDY ON TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDⅡ PATCHER WITH RADIOISOTOPE TRACING TECHNIQUE

Tripterygium wilfordii is a traditional Chinese drug. It has special effect on some diseases, such as rheumatic arthritis, tumors and some inflammation. But it has some toxicity effect. Tripterygium wilfordii patcher in order to avoid its oral toxicity effect is prepared. The permeability through skin, release in vitro, effect of doses on concentration in blood and average rate of percutaneous absorption in vivo and effect of Azone on permeability through skin with radioisotope tracer are described.
