APPRAISAL OF DIASTEREOISOMERIC ~(99)Tc~m-d l-HMPAO KIT MATERIAL ANALYSIS OF HMPAO USING INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY

Infrared spectra of d, l-HMPAO and meso-HMPAO were described. It was found that the ratio of the concentration of two diastereoisometric d, l-HMPAO and meso-HMPAO is proportional to the ratio of their absorbances at 1320 cm~(-1) and 1335 cm~(-1). Main foreign meso-HMPAO in d, l-HMPAO can be determined quantitatively with this K method. Detectable limit of the method is about 1%. The precision is better than 3%.
