A STUDY ON THE COMPLEX BETWEEN AI (Ⅲ) AND ADENOSINE 5'-TRIPHOSPHATE BY ~(27)l1, ~1H AND ~(31)P NMR

  • The Al(Ⅲ)-adenosine 5'-triphosphate system was investigated by ~(27)Al, ~1H and ~(31)P NMR spectroscopy. The results are consistent with the formation of 1:1 Al (Ⅲ)/ATP complex at pH=2, and suggest a binding through β and γ phosphate, and the N_7 on the adenine ring with Al (Ⅲ).
