THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF MAGNETIC IRMA FOR HUMAN SERUM TSH

The article summarizes the results of M IRMA of human serum TSH contents in 281 cases of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function. The results demonstrate that M TSH IRMA can distinguish correctly hyper- or hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function. These contents are<0.14, 8.51—126.50 and 0.14—7.80 μIU/ml respectively. M IRMA overcomes the overlapping of serum TSH values in hyperthyroidism and normal thyroid function with RIA.
