THE MEANING OF DETERMINING SERUM CG BY RIA BEFORE AND AFTER THE PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS TAKE ANTITUBERCULOTION

  • The serum CG, ALT, AST and GGT of 128 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis are determined by RIA and chemistry system before and after the patients took antituberculotic. The result indicates that after the patients take antituberculotic, the levels of Serum CG, ALT AST and GGT are higher than that of normal people. The level of serum CG rises earlier and higher than the other indexes. The level of serum CG may be a reliable and sensitive index which monitors the hepatotoxic during the antituberculotic treatment.
