COMPARISON OF TWO α-~(32)P-dATP LABELLED PROBES

HBV DNA probes, labelled by α-~(32)P-dATP from England Amersham International PIC and from China Institute of Atomic Energy, were compared in specific activity, sensitivity, incorporated percentage and stability in different temperatures for storage. We obtained almost the same satisfactory results for the two probes. HBV DNA were detected in 551 and 518 samples sera, collected in hepatitis laboratory(u=1.0056, P>0.05).
