ANALYSIS OF RADIOCHEMICAL PURITY (RCP) OF ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 INJECTION

A two-system paper chromatographic method has been established for the determination of RCP of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 injection. R_f-values of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3, ~(99)Tc~mO_4~- and H-R-~(99)Tc~m= (hydrolysis reduced ~(99)Tc~m) are 0.9, 0.8,0.0 in system Ⅰ, and 0.0, 0.4, 0.0 in system Ⅱ respectively. The RCP and percentages of ~(99)Tc~mO_4~- and H-R-~(99)Tc~m of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 injection have been determined with this mehtod.
