PREPARATION OF ~(90)Y-EDTMP FOR BONE TUMOR TREATMENT

Syntheses of EDTMP preparation and ~(99)Y-labelling of radiopharmaceutical ~(99)Y-EDTMP used for the treatment of bone tumor were reported. The dependence of the labelling efficiency on pH me dium, reaction times, temperature and quantities of EDTMP was systematically investigated. Animal tests and preliminary clinicaltrials showed that the labelled compound might be used for clinical treatment of bone tumor.
