THE STRUCTURE-ACTIVITY RELATIONSHIP OF CHOLESTEROL ANALOGUES AS ADRENAL IMAGING AGENT

With the study of the relationship between the labelling position, derivative series, labelling nuclei respectively and adrenal affinity by means of analytical and inductive method, we obtained some structure-activity relationships of cholesterol analogues as adrenal imaging agent. They are quite useful for the design of new cholesterol analogues as adrenal imaging agent.
