IDENTIFICATION AND SEPARATION OF ~(211)At LABELED CEA-McAb BY HYDROPHOBIC INTERACTION HPLC

The hydrophobic interaction HPLC has been used to identify the labelling procedure and to separate the main product ~(211)At-CEA-McAb. The same retention time was obtained by chromatography for CEAMcAb as well as for ~(211)At-CEA-McAb conjugate. It was demonstrated that the McAb contents and cpm of ~(211)At labeled monoclonal antibody could be measured quantitatively.
