Abstract
The change of commercial strawberry quality during storage period was studied. The shelf lifetime of irradiated strawberries by the single radiation means using 1kGy, 2kGy or 3kGy dose is not longer than the effect of storage in icebox. However, the study indicated that the synergetic effect could be produced by combine radiation means with icebox.
