AN EVALUATION OF ANIMAL DISTRIBUTION AND IMAGING QUALITY OF SOME CLINICALLY IMPORTANT ADRENAL IMAGING AGENTS

  • A critical evaluation and a comparative analysis of the animal distribution and imaging quality of several clinically important cholesterol-like adrenal imaging agents are made based upon adrenal absorbed dose (% dose/g), adrenal/liver ratio (A/Lv) and adrenal/kidney ratio (A/K) etc. Literature data on these radiopharmaceuticals has been systematized to clarify their structure-activity relationships.
